Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the Terms of Service available here. By booking with Bodysculpting Lab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Completed Services

  • Once a service has been rendered, it is considered complete and non-refundable (Section 25 - Return and Refund Policy).
  • Dissatisfaction with treatment results does not qualify for a refund, as outcomes can vary based on individual factors (Section 21 - Results Disclaimer).

2. Multi-Session Packs

  • All multi-session packs are non-refundable (Section 25 - Return and Refund Policy).
  • If a client chooses not to complete a pack:
    • Store Credit: A store credit may be issued for unused sessions, provided the Cancellation Policy has been followed (Section 20 - Cancellation Policy).
    • Credit Calculation: Credits are based on the full per-session rate for sessions already used, not the discounted pack rate (Section 25 - Return and Refund Policy).
    • Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit for future services (Section 25 - Return and Refund Policy).

3. Cancellation and Illness Policy

General Cancellation Policy

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment to retain the prepayment or transfer it to a new booking (Section 20 - Cancellation Policy).
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the prepayment (Section 20 - Cancellation Policy).
  • Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will also result in forfeiture of the prepayment (Section 20 - Cancellation Policy).

Illness Policy

  • If a client cannot attend their appointment due to illness, they must notify Bodysculpting Lab at least 24 hours in advance to retain their prepayment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice due to illness will result in forfeiture of the prepayment (Section 20 - Cancellation Policy).
  • Clients who show up visibly unwell will be asked to reschedule, and the prepayment for that appointment will not be refunded or credited (Section 20 - Cancellation Policy).

4. Booking Errors by Clients

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their booking details (date, time, and service selection) are accurate at the time of booking (Section 20 - Cancellation Policy).
  • Refunds will not be issued for errors made by the client. To reschedule, clients must comply with the 24-hour Cancellation Policy (Section 20 - Cancellation Policy).
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice for rescheduling due to a booking error will result in forfeiture of the prepayment (Section 20 - Cancellation Policy).

5. Administrative Fees

  • Certain fees are non-refundable, including:
    • Booking Platform Fees: Costs associated with managing bookings (Section 25 - Return and Refund Policy).
    • Payment Processing Fees: Charges from financial institutions or payment processors (Section 25 - Return and Refund Policy).
    • System Maintenance Fees: Related to maintaining accounts and sending automated reminders (Section 25 - Return and Refund Policy).

6. Pre-Appointment Non-Compliance

  • Clients are responsible for reading the pre-appointment pack. By proceeding with booking and payment, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and understood the information provided (Section 33 - Client Responsibility for Reading Pre-Appointment Pack).
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or adverse outcomes resulting from failure to read the pre-appointment pack (Section 33 - Client Responsibility for Reading Pre-Appointment Pack).

 

7. Variability of Results

  • Treatment outcomes vary based on individual factors, including health, adherence to aftercare, and response to treatment (Section 21 - Results Disclaimer).
  • Bodysculpting Lab does not guarantee specific results, and dissatisfaction with outcomes is not grounds for a refund (Section 21 - Results Disclaimer).

8. Contact for Refund or Credit Requests

  • Refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to hello@bodysculptinglab.com.au (Section 25 - Return and Refund Policy).
  • Bodysculpting Lab will review all requests within 7 business days, and approved refunds or credits will be processed within 14 business days (Section 25 - Return and Refund Policy).

Acknowledgment of Terms

By booking with Bodysculpting Lab, clients confirm that they:

  1. Have read and understood Bodysculpting Lab’s Terms of Service, including this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  2. Accept all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in the Terms of Service.
